The
Otter Tail County Solid Waste Department oversees
an integrated waste management system that
includes everything from waste reduction to
landfills. Our goal is to educate residents
and businesses of Otter Tail County and to
provide information regarding our integrated
waste management system, which includes solid
waste reduction and disposal; recycling; and
household hazardous waste management and disposal.
To
create awareness among residents and businesses
along with an understanding of solid waste
issues the Otter Tail County Solid Waste Department
has a full-time Public Information Education
Officer, Jessica Steinbrenner. Jessica can
provide informative presentations and demonstrations.
Also available are tours at the Recycling
Center, all County owned or contracted facilities
and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
