The Otter Tail County Coordinator's department serves as the central Human Resources office for all of the County's nineteen departments and assumes the personnel functions related to approximately 450 full time, part-time, and temporary/seasonal employees. All employment application information must be addressed to Human Resources in the Coordinator's department.
